Refund Policy

This policy outlines our refund rules for classes, memberships, and private sessions.

1. Group Classes & Events

• Tickets for group classes and events are refundable if cancelled via Eventbrite at least 3 days before the event.

• Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may also transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us.

2. Memberships

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once the 24-hour cooling-off period after purchase has passed.

• No refunds will be issued for missed classes or no-shows.

• Membership credits are valid only for regular Gong Bath classes (excluding collaborations, retreats, or workshops).

3. 1:1 & Private Sessions

• For private sessions at your location or Amina’s studio, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advancefor a full refund or reschedule.

• If a studio is booked for your session, payment is fully non-refundable (including the studio fee).

• No refunds for no-shows.

4. Corporate & Special Events

• Corporate and private event bookings require full payment upfront.

• Once confirmed, these bookings are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible if requested at least 7 days in advance (subject to availability).

5. Retreats & Workshops

• Refunds for retreats and workshops will be outlined in the specific event policy.

• Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and remaining balances may only be refunded if cancellation is made within the agreed notice period.

6. Refund Process

• All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Amina Sound Healing is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
